Sessions & Classes
Studio sessions
Studio Sessions are designed for the individual in a Private 1:1 or Duo 2:1 setting. We use Pilates equipment, small apparatus and program your sessions to your individual needs. The aim is to support your movement and progress, educate you about your body and help you reach your personal movement goals. These sessions are primarily taught face to face in our home studio located in Stanhope Gardens, however we also have online options for those who prefer to move their body from the comfort of their own home.
Mentor Sessions
Mentor Sessions are allocated to Polestar Students who are currently studying to be Pilates teachers through Polestar Pilates Education.
Mat Pilates Classes
Our Group Mat Class will take you through a full body Pilates matwork program to support and improve functional movement, strength, breathing habits, mobility and flexibility. We encourage correct technique to improve your movement patterns that are reflected in your daily life and include fun combinations to get your body moving. We ensure you feel supported and offer a range of variations to cater to your individual needs and current
exercise ability.
